1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Product received is damaged
Wrong product delivered
Defective item received
Size issue (only if exchange is available)

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in original condition
Tags and original packaging must be intact
Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

Jewellery items due to hygiene reasons
Used or washed products
Products without original packaging
Customized or sale items
Items damaged by customer misuse

Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
In COD orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer or UPI

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only for:

Size issues
Damaged products
Wrong items received

Exchange availability depends on stock availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

7. Shipping Charges on Returns

If the mistake is from our side, return shipping charges will be borne by Wishtaraa.
For other cases, customers may need to bear return shipping costs.
